I can´t find the SubD Toolbar

Hello, I have the last Rhino Wip version installed (Spanish version) and i can´t see the way to activate this Toolbar. Can I help me. Thank you.

Run “ToolbarReset”, close and restart RhinoWIP to load the updated toolbar definitions.
