I don’t see where the redundancy is so helpful. Maybe mousing over the colors is ok , but to repeat what is already there seems a waste of good time. This is V8 SR 19

Reminds me I wish Rhino could change multiple layer options (visibility, locked etc.) the way you can in Blender by dragging:

well you can mark all that you wish to hide/show with shift and pressing one of the bulbs will de/activate all, but yeah it is not as fluent as other layer systems
