Tried using the system uninstall a program, didn’t work.
If you are using windows 10 make sure use the task manager and the same varq.msi to Uninstall . Task manager … file … New task . Check on create as administrator … browse where the varq.msi …change programs to all files … select varq.msi … ok.
I’m using windows 7 and it should be a lot easier than that.

Just had the same problem.
In my case the plugin was actually uninstalled but the toolbars were left behind. To solve the problem go to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\UI and delete the visualARQ rui and its backup. Run Rhino and check the UI folder again.
