How to set ShapeDiver materials?

I am having hard times setting up ShapeDiver materials and scene. Could someone from @shapediver help me set the scene properly, please?

Colors can be strongly influenced by the environment set up in the online model. Did you try to play with environment settings?

As for the lights that show in the view page but not the edit page, this is not a known issue, please share a link to the model that produces the issue.
