How to separate multiple values stored in a single path

How can I separate these 1194 values stored in a single path {0} into 13 different paths starting from {0}, {1}, … upto {13}.

{0} should contain first 88 values
{1} should contain next 90 values starting from 89th value and so on.

Partition List does exactly that.
You’ll need to right clic > Flatten the Size input and provide your tree of quantities.
