How to select only one element on a solid (Shortcut)?

Hello,
I have changed from Mac to Windows.
Now I can´t find a certain shortcut on R3D Win.

How can I select only one element on a solid (Surface or edge) to work with it, for example to move, turn or extrude it?

On Mac the shortcut is "CMD+ALT+SHIFT.

Anything on Mac that used CMD uses CTRL in Windows. So Ctrl+Alt+Shift.
