How to select control points which near an anther closed curve

hi guy’s
I use a way to soften the edges of the grid of curves on The rhino. But every time I manually select some control points that are close to the line specified for the edges. i given my little information on GrassHopper, and python


I can’t find a solution.
Note: I am not good at writing in English. The wording may be unclear.

You can slightly Offset your curve inside and then select all the points outside using SelBoundary; don’t forget to set the SelectionMode option to InvertCrossing or InvertWindow.

You can also use SelVolumePipe command.
