How does one scale lines , e.g. dashed in rhino? In AC there is a scale factor in properties. I can’t find any such option in Rhino.
there is a linetypes scale setting in File>Properties (setlinetypescale), there is also an override in the print dialog to match viewport or world.

Correct. To customize to a particular object you would need to create a new linetype to suit.
