How to rotate text using Grasshopper

I have a AutoCAD file having chainage data. the text in this file is in perspective view and I want to see it in plan view(See attached picture for reference).
I have referred the text in grasshopper in “Geometry parameter” but I don’t know how to rotate it in plan using GH(In rhino as well).
Kindly suggest way to process it to get required result.

With Human you can do something like this:
