How to resize the grasshopper elements at the same time

Hello, I am trying to just make two box elements that when resized on the y axis will move together as one. Essentially, if I moved a point up or down where the two edges meet and the heights adjust accordingly while remaining in the same position on the opposite ends. Thank you!
