How to perfectly join two open meshes (inner and outer) into a closed one

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to figure out if there’s any component or recommended method to join open meshes together.

For example, I have an inner mesh and an outer mesh — they’re very similar in shape but not identical, so using a simple offset won’t work.

My goal is to connect them perfectly, closing all gaps between their naked edges to create one watertight (closed) mesh, without overlaps or holes.

Is there any tool, component, or workflow that can achieve this in Rhino/Grasshopper?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance :folded_hands:

Your file contains two closed curves. No meshes…

Because what I want is to fill the gap between the naked edges, which are curves.

The outer curve is a polycurve and definitely not your mesh edge. Why don’t you share a file with a mesh or two meshes?

Or try this:

Include node in the mesh - Grasshopper - McNeel Forum

Or this:
