How to move the screen as same as image?

I find to move the screen the same as the image in rhino is convenient to draw( its seem not to use the mouse to move), but I don’t know how to do that or whether have a shortcut key to do that? help me.thanks

That looks like moving with a 3D mouse.

A 3D mouse is a peripheral you have to acquire. I have a Spacepilot Pro.
