Hi everyone, I realise this is probably something super base level, but I have a roof geometry and a main cuboid geometry that I have joined using solid union. I want to be able to manipulate the base points of the roof volume in the z-axis, to change the roof shape AND the main cuboid geometry together. The screenshots show the debrep of the main cube geometry to make the roof pitch geometry, and where I have set up the base roof points to move in the z axis, and the top roof point to move in the z-axis and y-axis. At the moment I can move the roof base point up and down and the roof geometry changes but not the main cube.
As you can see, by moving the base roof points up and down the geometries detach from each other - I need this to not happen. I want to be able to move that point, and the roof geometry and main geometry move together in one motion.
I have never used grasshopper (clearly) before so I have a very basic understanding of what’s going on.
