guys i need to model rocks like these, what do you suggest is the best way.

thats not a difficult thing to do in rhino and was asked in a similar form a few times. a very fast and sufficient way is to mesh any object which has maybe a bit roundings, maybe a loft a sphere whatever, or use a mesh for starters and experiment with ReduceMesh. maybe also use TriangulateMesh. then just ping pong the vertices or edges a bit around till its looks fancy enough and apply a displacement texture.
that is of course nothing against a fancy plugin which beams a ton of them to the surface in a few clicks
