How to merge(combine/join) two overlaid open mesh together

Hi, I have two mesh that I overlaid them together. I want to combine them together to get a new mesh. I used “Merge” node to join them, but it still resulted in two separate meshs.

Any suggestion, please?

Note: The photo is just to show the images of how those two meshs look like. When I did it, they were overlaid on each other.

one way could be this and you can change the Evaluate with average or anything desired.

Your welcome, seems it could be much simpler if you manage the dimension and boundaries similarities at first.
