How to make round surface?

I got an letter ‘‘M’’ on my drawing. But I need to make surface round. Like the arc I draw. I tried Sweep1 and Sweep2 but cant managed to do that. Also tried fillet edge but my drawing is so small and only 0.01 fillet edge works. But that amount only makes the edges e but soft, not fully round. How can I achieve full round surface? Or create one?

Thanks for the help!
But this one makes letters completely bubble. I only need bubble at top side. Is this possible?

In the video in one of the top comments they show a step by step guide on how to approach it starting from a straight section. Just skip the last part where he mirrors the top part. You might need to do some extra work to match the bottom of your M.

Hi Aiden - something else to try - ExtractSrf the bottom face and delete… QuadRemesh with a lowish number of quads the remainder, with SubD output.

Monkey with the points a bit -
SubD_m.3dm (262.9 KB)

Well, I think thats the solution. But the object is now SubD, how can I cap the bottom part that I deleted? This drawing needs to be one piece for 3D printing and molding. (I also forgot to mention you)

Hi Aiden -

You can use the Cap command on the SubD object. Set the Crease option to Yes.
