How to make RhinoViewPort active?

Hi all,
how can a

Rhino.RhinoDoc.ActiveDoc.Views.Find("Top",False)

be activated?
Or is there a way to get the RhinoViewPort Object directly from RhinoView ?
I need the Object from

Rhino.RhinoDoc.ActiveDoc.Views.ActiveView.ActiveViewport

to create a make2D

This works in Python:

import Rhino
import scriptcontext as sc

top_view = sc.doc.Views.Find("Top", False)
if top_view:
    sc.doc.Views.ActiveView = top_view
