How to make holes like in Morpheus Hotel?

Hello, I have a mid level of gh and very basic, very, of rhino
And I really cant understand how to model holes like in Zaha’s Morpheus hotel in brep/mesh
Yes, I could start from voronoi, then made it with t-splines, then extrude and end with t-splines, but I think there’s more generative and natural way.
Maybe try to manipulate with kangaroo?
