How to make a closed polar grid in Paneling Tools?

I have a grid converted to diamond that I want to pack with geometry (i.e. circles), the last section of polar grid isn’t closed, so it ends up with stretching geometry. I think of making two grids, one covering the last section, but it may not work well if I want to tweak it further. I hope there’s a smart way to get a smooth grid connection

You might have caught a bug with the awkward looking circles. It looks like it has 3 points unit grid at some locations and defaults to origin to fill the 4th. I’ll look into it.

The other issues about wrapping the grid to fill the full circle can be done like in the example below:
