How to keep the shape of model when Import to Substance painter?

I model simple sphere as below

Then I export fbx file. When I import to Substance painter. shape of model changed.

How can I fix it?

You could quadremesh the Nurbs object before exporting it to get a cleaner mesh geometry.
Also, properly UV-mapping it and making sure that the normals all face outwards doesn’t hurt!

unify normal directions may help. Sometimes brepface is flipped inward while others keep outward. That often happens When Using Boolean difference.
