Everytime i open a file ,Some times sidebar were customized
But sometimes doesn’t, it just go back to default setting.

It’s really annoying…
Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?

I think a problem could be to run several rhino instances simultanously. If you close them, the settings of the last one will be kept if I remember correctly. So if you change something in one instance and close it first, it´s all gone.
