How to join the mesh which were touch together


I morph the pattern on the sphere and I’m wondering how to join the touched mesh together.

I think one issue is that the twisted boxes are not all the same size so the angles of intersection of the module differ versus in a flat array. I’m not sure of a solution to this using your file yet but if one occurs to me I’ll post it.

It that because the object is mesh not berp?

I think you’ll have this issue no matter what the module is, mesh or brep.
