As shown in the image, the model is made up from many tubes and all the tubes are touching each other (intersecting faces. )
How do i make them into one object instead? I tried Boolean union but it always fails!

Painfully… I’d suggest viewing the model from the front or side and selecting a few rows as a time.
Run the command MergeAllFaces after each successful union.
What you’ll probably find is there will be intermittent failures where some items are not aligned or edges occupying the same space.

Thanks! did what you said and i just realised that I have way too many misalignment and etc. That’s probably what’s causing the Boolean failure
