How to iterate over csv or list?

Hi, I have a csv file, which then I convert to list object in gh.
I Wonder how can I iterate over this file running things like simulations, so each time it takes 1 value and calculates everything, then goes back to the list and calculate next?

Similar like when you use Galapagos, the script reruns each time, but this time I want to have control on the values picked…
