Hi OpenNest Users,
I need help:
I previously had an earlier version (1.5.1) of OpenNest software installed on my computer, likely downloaded for Rhino 7.
Now, I have a new laptop and a project where I need the nesting functionality.
I installed OpenNest (V2.2.3) on my laptop using the Rhino8 Package Manager.
To avoid compatibility issues between different OpenNest versions, I manually deleted the previously installed old OpenNest files and tried to install the newest version using the Package Manager. However, after restarting Rhino (and even after restarting my computer), the OpenNest nodes do not appear in the Grasshopper menu.
I tried reinstalling, installing, restarting, and searching for all available OpenNest files to delete them, and install the newest version with packagemanager, but OpenNest still does not appear on the GH screen.
Could anyone please suggest a workaround to resolve this issue?
