How to install Holomark_V6 plugin? Help needed

I’m missing something. I downloaded Holomark2_R6_2.rhi from Holomark2_R6 When I click on the file I am asked how I want to open it. Exactly how do I install the plugin?

Solved - When I download the file Windows’ file naming scrubbed the .rhi extension. I added the extension and the file ran.
