How to get offline licenses back for another installation?

a customer is asking how to get the offline-license back/activated for another installation?

Any ideas?

I Michael, if the computer can be connected to the internet for a short duration, follow the instructions at Changing Rhino 7 and Rhino 6 licensing method [McNeel Wiki]. If the computer can’t be connected to the internet, eMail sales@mcneel.com.
