How to get a Hatch like a Brep

Hi,

I need the hatch to appear like how the brep appears. If i use the hatch command in rhino then it gives me the correct output but im unable to replicate it in grasshopper.

what hatch component have you used?

This gives the correct output but this method wont work for me as i need the hatch object later in the definition.

bumping this, any idea why the native rhino 8 hatch component isnt working as intended?

Supply the surface as the Boundary in the Hatch component and it works. Realized this today when I looked in help and it said i can supply a surface as well. I guess boundary means Surface too!
