How to find the centre and normal of a window object

Hi,

I would like to find the centre and normal for a window object in Grasshopper so that I can use this location as a test point for analysis using Ladybug and Honeybee.

Any ideas would be gratefully received?

Nick

Hi Nick, you can use the “VisualARQ Geometry Explode” Component to extract the Surface of the Window. Then you can obtain the Center and the Normal vector of that surface. See image attached.
Best,

Thanks again Francesc. I just added a vector amplitude component to make the vectors visible in a mm template. brilliant!
