How to fillet letter

I have a heart pendant that I built.I need to use quad remesh to smooth out the piece over all, but how can I fillet letters where this will cause a problem with softening them. But if I mesh it first I cannot really fillet edges for casting right? if it is a mesh? Please let me know. Thank you for your time.

Sorry not quite I am trying to cut into the heart to leave an engraving.

I was told casting would be a problem for sharp edges from using the letters to Boolean the piece

You can try to run the Solid (Boolean) Difference first,

simple boolean difference then shrinkwrap with a high smoothing setting.
