You can do it with both Extrude and loft commands.
If you choose loft follow these steps:
1- Duplicate the face border(outline boundaries) of first and second surfaces
2- using loft command you can make a surface between the two outline boundaries.ExtrudeSrf.3dm (180.0 KB)
