i need to export all data i need to export all data in a csv file . including all genomes and fitness values and 2 calculated data i did for enter as phenotypes in the headers. then each row should be all the solution with their numbers (generation no. , solution no.)
you can get them directly out from the Wallacei Component.
do you know how can i do that, or if it is explained somewhere else can you point me to it?
exporting data from GH to Excel is a well established pipeline these days. Google search should do the work
Thank you for your time to answer this Milad, But maybe because I’m still a beginner I couldn’t do it , I have tried several methods which do not work in the way i need, with all the population data. so i would really appreciate any one’s help on this matter.
Hi George, it could be sound really simple but i just connect panels to Wallacei X outputs. Then just right click button and select “copy data only” and “copy all content” (second one to preserve the correct indexes of iterations). I know its a clumsy thing but it functions to me. It just needs a well structured excel sheet. I takes time to create but worth it
