How to delete edge loops in mesh?

Hi! I have a issue that I can’t figure out.

I want to delete edge loops from my mesh in this image:

But when I select loops with “Ctrl+Shift+DoubleClick” and deleting them, my box’s topology is broking like in this image:

I couldn’t figure out why is this happening. It seems have very simple solution but I couldn’t find it too :confused:

So there is no way to remove/reduce mesh edges?

And this problem is also exist for mesh verticies and faces.
