How to delete curves from mesh by their axis

Hi All,

I’m fairly new with Grasshopper and seek assistance with the following.

I want to extract the curves from z axis { -50 to 400 } then flatten those curves into the plane

then offset that curve to make a base of 300mm around the said curve
