i did this beautiful vase, but now i want deform it.. rotate top and bottom but without move le middle of slide…any idea to do that ?

ok, i dont’ understand…join curves is connected to boundary surface…
if the file is behaving differently on your computer, so you see the fins/wings on your screen, it might be that you have uploaded a different verion of the same file?
oh, I forgot to mention that I’m on Rhino8 by the way, are you on Rhino8 as well?
“Wings” visible with Rhino 7.

I did it a sample myself…cool to compare 
Yet another approach for this: I liked the original concept, but I thought the final result would be nicer with an added vertical section in the middle. So I made this design with no rotation to start, and then added the rotation of the center section. I actually prefer the shape with no rotation, so that’s what I’m going to print.
