I was wondering if it is possible to create this certain angled view that I am posting in Rhino; the front is flat but the rest appears to be at a certain angle. I want to render a model that I have created in Rhino in this specific angle and I have not been able to achieve it. Let me know if it is possible!

I don’t think it’s possible to create that as a ‘view’. But, you can modify (a copy) of your geometry to get this effect. Just create a cage (use cageedit command) with 2 points in all directions, then move the back 4 points to the right half the width of the cage, then move the same 4 points up the same distance. Now your front view should look like what you show.
