How to create this design in rhino

I want to create the design I have shared in the below file but I am not able to meet exect the image as I do not know how to create dent or like that I am sharing the design file with this.

please let me know if anyonecan help me with recorded video solution or similer thing.

while I am creating this design using flow along surface and the surface is slight round

like as shown in front view so when I do this on surface the side objects are getting streched and not as per I have put on the base surface so how can I resolve that thing in rhino???

The easiest way is to use Sub-D. You can explore the ! _MultiPipe command, which builds a quick Sub-D geometry around curves. It has a really strong capabilities.

However, you can also use free-form NURBS surfaces for this, either by using the standard NURBS tools or simply rebuild a sphere to a deformable version and manually drag its control points to the desired shape.

The “Jewelry for Rhino” plug-in seems like the best approach if the goal is to get a quick mesh model, but it’s a paid plug-in.
