I have a surface that has curvature in some area so How could I creat it using visualarq ?

Currently slabs can only be flat, either horizontal or sloped. The non flat slab feature request is already in our list. What you can do if you need the curved slabs to be exported to IFC is to create first the geometry and add an IFC tag to it from the properties panel. This won’t make it become a slab object however.
A related feature that we will add is the possibility to create all the styles by block, which will allow to use any Rhino geometry to create a static slab style.
