How to create a toposolid with non planar boundary

Hi all,

Following this topic (How to create a toposolid - Rhino.Inside / Revit - McNeel Forum), I have another question I can’t find a solution to:

What if I want to build a toposolid with a non planar boundary?

In the original workflow in the previous topic, the toposolid is defined by a planar boundary and some internal points.

In my case I also have border points (3D, defining the 3D border)

If I follow the previous workflow the result is bugged: the points on the border are randomly not taken, giving me a bugged result.

How can I correctly insert them?

If I use the 3D boundary instead of the planar projection, and only the internal points, I get an error saying that I need a planar boundary curve.

So where and how should I put those 3D border points? I ran out of ideas, does anyone know how to do it?

Thakns in advance

Use a 2d copy of that boundary to represent the Perimeter of the toposolid, and then use the 3d boundary to modify it

thanks for answering

What do you mean exactly? With what component?

Set the 2d polyline as boundary and the 3d polylile as Creases
