I don’t think I expressed myself well, sorry, I want to learn how to do it but I have difficulty interpreting the shapes of the drawing in some cases and I’m also new to Rhino and I haven’t mastered many things yet.

maybe this is shape requires more then beginner skills.
my recommendation:

and regarding the lampshade - download my file and look at the geometry.
