How to create a pillowey surface

I’m wondering what the best way is to create a pillowey surface on the top surface of this wing like object?

Hi Paul - I can imagine multiple interpretations of ‘pillowy’ here - do you have an example image of a spiky hard cornered thing that has a pillowy top the way you envision?

Not Off hand. I am planning to fillet the edges where I can but I’d like to puff up the surface a bit before I do that.
