How to create a button for 'Perpendicular to 2 Curves'

Hi there,

Does anyone know where this is as a button how to make this as a new button?

My work colleague has asked and I thought it was straight forwards, but I just can’t find or make a button for it.

Curve/Line/Perpendicular to 2 Curves
