Based on your profile name, I’d assume you want something like this:

I moved the objects to the origin for slightly easier mirroring and polar array, scaled everything by factor 1000 and put the objects on different layers

If you want to create the surface based on your exact curves, you can use Sweep2. Check this file, I moved the curves on new layers so it is easy to replicate
