How to convert a mesh (existed on a curved surface) into a planar mesh

Dear friends
I have a 3d curved surface which I converted into triangular mesh and after that I divided the whole mesh into some parts. Now I need to convert each part into a planar part(some thing like orient or unfold). How I can do this on GH?
