How to Control Over Exposure Cycles Render[Solved(Bug)]

In Cycles selected a Ancient White Matte Paint, changed color to pure white.
Skylight set to 0.7 intensity.

and seems the rendered image is over exposed. I also reduced gamma
but not much impact there.
Also changed environment to blurloft but still object is overexposed.
Attached is file, screenshot of before render, and the actual rendered file.

This looks like a bug. Instead of the skylight environment for some reason the solid bg color is used as the skylighting setup. Because solid white means full lighting from all directions the object looks like a solid white too.
