How to Connect Two Meshes in Grasshopper

Hello, how is it possible to connect these two meshes (photo 1) using Grasshopper to achieve this (photo 2)? Photo 2 was generated with Rhino, but I’m looking to automate it with Grasshopper.
I’ve already tried several methods: using the Loft component with the two mesh perimeters, creating a mesh from the perimeter points of the others… But I couldn’t manage to reproduce Photo 2.

Hello
yes it is possible
Find each pair of segments (top and bottom)
Make a mesh (with a single face) for each pair of segments using construct mesh
The join the meshes (lateral faces)
then join the top bottom and lateral mesh

Thank you for your response. I don’t understand what you mean when you say ‘Make a mesh (with a single face) for each pair of segments using Construct Mesh.How do you actually build a mesh face for each pair of segments segment with Construct Mesh? In Construct Mesh, is it necessary to define the faces first ? no ?

If you have 2 segments, you have 4 points, with 4 points you can make a quad face or 2 triangles faces. Using
Q{0;1;2;3} or
Q{0;1;2} Q{0;2;3}

Yes, okay. Thank you for your response. I’ll give it a try.

It is a classical question, here another link
