How to Connect Subdivided Spaces to a Point?

I have created a grid-like structure in Grasshopper with a central red area excluded. I would like to connect spaces such that each square is connected to one point (of four points). The connection should maintain adjacency relationships.

Could you help me achieve this in Grasshopper, using components to define the relationships between the squares and the point?
