How to change perspective gumball back to classic orientation?

want the gumball to stay in orthographic orientation in the perspective window instead of changing with the view. I found the instructions below but discovered this option is already unchecked. Was wondering what is amiss?

How to that I found:

  • Open Rhino settings: Go to “Options” > “Preferences”.
  • Navigate to Gumball section: Find the “Gumball” option in the settings panel.
  • Toggle “Rotate View Around Gumball”: Uncheck the box next to "Rotate View Around Gumball

Figured it out. Change view to world on the bottom tray where the constraint activations are, under gumball. > set to world
