How to attach a file

I have been using Rhino since version 1.0, but have been away while this new forum has existed.

How do I attach the Rhino-file concerned when I want to ask a question in this forum? I cannot see any attachment button.

There’s an icon with a cloud and up-arrow on the top of the message box.
