How to arrange different sized cone shapes on a circle

Hello everyone.
I am doing a setting ring with different size settings as a ringshank.
The settings has a cone shape and atm. I am rotating each setting to get them all to fit on a circle curve.

I am wondering if there is a command where you can array more than one object so they follow the circle and keep their shape.
I have tried polar array, but it doesn’t really place the objects proberly, I think it’s because of the different sizes, maybe I’m wrong? I’ve also tried to do a flow along curve but then the cones end up being oval and the shape follows the circle and stretches it.

Anybody know how to do this easier than placing and rotating each individual setting/cone?

there is also ArrayCrv. keep history activated and you can reposition your input geometry.
or you could use flow, here measure the length of the circle, arrange your elements along an straight line equivalent in length then use flow.

the commands Distribute might be useful to distribute the elements along the line equally, you only have to move the first object and the last object in position all elements in between will then be arranged.

Flow has a Rigid option to prevent that.
